  • Annex ReDesign.

Designing the Annex to feel like a community space that inspires creativity. With minimal changes to the structure and footprint of the building, by redesigning the building with new finishes, programming, and exterior spaces. This new design is inspired by the modes of learning and the understanding that a connection to nature helps promote growth and creativity. With the new designs, we are enabling the creativity of the Davis College students to flourish through an appropriate learning environment and a sense of community.

  • Community Kitchen.

The Kelly Miller community center strives to be a place of many free amenities and activities for community members of all ages. The building was originally a high school and is now transitioning into becoming a space for the community through various renovations. In their most recent project, they plan to renovate the second floor of the building and create a commercial kitchen space and cafeteria to address food poverty within the immediate community. They would like to fill the gap where there is a lack of nutrition, by providing healthy food options.
